Introduction:
"The hemp room, the red tent, in which lived the fat white man.". This is a folk riddle. The answer is peanuts. My family, Rongcheng City, Weihai, has been planting peanuts for more than 200 years. Relying on its unique geographical advantages, superior climate conditions and the support of many departments, it has realized the great transformation of peanuts from "being raised in the boudoir without recognition" to being famous at home and abroad. This traditional crop, once known as "Chinese nut" in Europe, has gone abroad under the brand banner of "Rongcheng peanut" and become a big industry that can not be underestimated. A little peanut contains the generous gift of nature. Rongcheng City is located at the easternmost end of Jiaodong Peninsula, at the same latitude as Chiba County in Japan and South Carolina in the United States, which are the most famous flower production areas in the world. It is adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the south, North and East. It belongs to the north temperate monsoon Continental humid climate zone. It is warm in spring, hot in summer, cool in autumn and cold in winter. It has four distinct seasons, with an average annual sunshine of 2579 hours, an average annual temperature of 11.5 ℃ and an average annual precipitation of 800mm The air is moist, the rainfall is moderate, the light is sufficient, and the frost free period is long. The terrain is low mountains and hills, with an average altitude of about 100 meters. The soil is sandy loam with good air permeability, and the pH value of the soil is kept at 6.2-6.7 throughout the year. The unique geographical location and climate conditions are very suitable for the growth of big peanut. The peanut produced has high sugar content, good taste, rich flavor and other distinctive quality characteristics
Production steps:
Step 1: main ingredients: 500g peanuts ingredients: 1 handful of fennel seasoning: 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp salt, proper amount of sesame oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce
Step 2: soak peanuts in warm water for 4-5 hours
Step 3: peel the soaked peanuts
Step 4: wash fennel and cut into powder
Step 5: put the peanuts into a container, add 3 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tbsp of salt, proper amount of sesame oil and 2 tbsp of fish sauce in turn, and stir well
Step 6: sprinkle in fennel powder and mix well
