Black chicken wonton
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: before stewing black chicken, remove the chicken breast;
Step 2: cut the chicken breast into meat paste;
Step 3: chop a little pork into meat paste;
Step 4: mix chicken breast and streaky pork, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and soy sauce, stir evenly in the same direction until the meat is filled, absorb all the sesame oil and soy sauce, and let stand for more than 1 hour;
Step 5: add minced onion and ginger, salt, sugar, chicken essence and five spice powder, and continue to stir evenly along the direction of the original meat filling. The filling is ready.
Step 6: add a little salt to the egg and flour to form a dough, knead until the surface is smooth, cover with a wet cloth and soak for more than 30 minutes;
Step 7: roll the dough into a very thin crust with a rolling pin;
Step 8: cut the dough into long strips, then overlap them, and cut into a trapezoidal wonton skin;
Step 9: pack the right amount of stuffing into the side near the short side of each stewed wonton skin and roll it up;
Step 10: fold the two ends tightly, and wrap the northern Yuanbao wonton with thin skin and big stuffing.
Step 11: appropriate amount of laver, soak it in warm water, wash it thoroughly, and then squeeze out the water;
Step 12: select the impurities from the shrimp skin and reserve them;
Step 13: add some soy sauce and vinegar at the bottom of the bowl, and add some salt according to the taste;
Step 14: add laver and shrimps;
Step 15: pour two spoonfuls of black chicken soup;
Step 16: start another pot and cook the wonton in wide water; (this step and the above steps can be done at the same time)
Step 17: take out the wonton, control the water and put it into the prepared soup bowl;
Step 18: sprinkle a few parsley leaves and a few drops of sesame oil.
