Preference for corn grain -- corn grain oat steamed bread
Introduction:
"I love eating corn. I love eating fried and boiled, but I don't like steamed bread very much. But steamed bread with corn kernels is not the same. It's much more delicious. I also add some red dates, broken oatmeal and corn flour. The taste is not like the hustle and softness of white flour steamed bread, but it's very chewy and unique."
Production steps:
Step 1: mix the flour and corn flour evenly (if you like to eat sweet, you can add white sugar, the ratio of corn flour and corn flour is about 0.7:1, if you like to taste delicate, just reduce the amount of corn flour)
Step 2: stir the yeast in warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes
Step 3: pour the yeast water into the flour and stir to form cotton wadding
Step 4: make a smooth dough by hand
Step 5: cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place
Step 6: ferment to twice the size
Step 7: take out the fermented dough, sprinkle a little dry flour on the panel and knead well
Step 8: add the corn kernels and knead them into the dough (I added a lot)
Step 9: add the oatmeal and continue kneading into the dough
Step 10: add red dates and knead into dough
Step 11: shape a long strip
Step 12: cut it into small pieces and make it into steamed bread
Step 13: put all the ingredients into the oiled steamer in turn, cover with a damp cloth and continue to wake up until the volume becomes larger and the hand feels lighter. Put them in a cold water pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 14: steamed bread
Step 15: although it doesn't sell, it has taste
