Homemade rice cake

Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 325g
Water: 250g
Note: 1: add the right amount of water in the glutinous rice noodles, do not pour in all at once. 2: More stirring in the toaster will make the New Year cake stronger. You can also knead the tendons with your hands. 3: Pour some salad oil to prevent it from sticking. It would be better if you have silicone pad and glutinous rice noodles at home. 4: It's better to put the New Year cake in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days, so it's better to fry the New Year cake. 5: When frying, don't blanch it with water any more, just stir fry it directly.
