Pumpkin steamed bread
Introduction:
"The first time I made this kind of steamed bread, I saw that other people made it very beautiful. Whether it was pumpkin or purple potato, it was very good-looking. I don't know why the cut surface of steamed bread was a little irregular. Maybe there was a difference between the hardness and softness of the two kinds of dough. Please give me some advice."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, (pumpkin dough) medium powder and pumpkin puree.
Step 2: add sugar and baking powder, milk and noodles.
Step 3: knead into a smooth dough.
Step 4: (white dough) add white sugar and baking powder, milk and flour into the middle flour, and knead it into a smooth dough.
Step 5: fermented white dough.
Step 6: Fermented pumpkin dough.
Step 7: air out the two kinds of dough, knead them into smooth dough, cover them with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 8: use a rolling pin to roll the white dough into a long round piece.
Step 9: roll the pumpkin dough into an oblong dough of the same size.
