Fried shredded pork with Pleurotus eryngii

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and shred pork, mix with soy sauce, sugar, flour and oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into shreds. Then blanch them with boiling water, remove them and supercooled them.
Step 3: clean Pleurotus eryngii and cut it into slices before shredding. Blanch in boiling water with a few drops of white vinegar and remove the supercooled water.

Step 5: stir fry ginger and garlic slices in hot pot
Step 6: stir fry shredded carrots and mushrooms
