Step 8: divide two parts of milk and egg yolk paste, add one part of cocoa powder, stir well, and let cool
Step 9: cool one portion of original milk and egg yolk paste
Step 10: add a light cream picture
Step 11: add 1 tbsp sugar to the cream and beat it to about 6 ml. the cream is feathery but still flowing
Step 12: divide a small portion of light cream into the cool original milk and egg yolk paste and stir evenly (because my original milk and egg yolk paste is small, so I divide it in half)
Step 13: put the cooled cocoa yolk paste into the remaining cream and stir well
Step 14: stir the cocoa egg milk ice cream
Step 15: put them into the refrigerator to freeze, take out the mixer after one hour, then take out the mixer every other hour, three or four times (the picture shows the first mixing)
Step 16: it's original. It's like this when I eat it. Ignore it, but it doesn't sell well, but it's not bad. Besides, I forgot to turn over the lid when I stirred the original egg milk ice cream. Pitiful
