Production steps:

Step 3: mix salt, baking powder and low gluten flour, sift and add them into the egg yolk twice.
Step 4: each time you add it, stir it gently until there is no granule to avoid gluten.
Step 5: add the Tata powder into the egg white, beat it to the big bubble with the electric beater, and then add 15g white granulated sugar
Step 6: when the egg white is white, about three or four times, add 15g white granulated sugar for the second time
Whisk the egg until it's hard. Beat the egg white until it's soft.
Step 8: add 3 small spoonfuls of egg yolk paste into the cocoa powder and stir well
Step 9: stir well, then add 3 small spoonfuls of egg white, stir gently.
Step 10: put the cocoa paste into the flower mounting bag, cut a hole, squeeze the cocoa paste into the baking pan, and put it into the preheated oven to bake for 3 minutes. The temperature of the oven is 170 ℃, the upper and lower fire, the middle.
Step 11: put the egg white into the yolk paste three times while the pan is in the oven. Mix well with a rubber scraper.
Step 12: after taking out the baking tray, the cocoa paste has been roughly shaped. Directly pour the batter into the baking tray, shake the bubbles slightly, and then send it into the oven. The temperature of oven is 170 ℃, heating up and down for 20 minutes.
