Tomato and egg soup

Production steps:
Step 1: after washing the tomato, blanch it with boiling water and cut it into several pieces.
Step 2: fry the poached eggs in a hot pan, one side cooked, and then turn the other side.
Step 3: don't add oil to the frying pan, add tomatoes and stir fry until soft.
Step 4: add boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

Note: it seems that people in Guangdong like to eat tomatoes with sugar. I usually use tomatoes to make dishes with sugar, otherwise it will be very sour, because the tomatoes sold in the market are all red, but some places inside are still green. We all know why, ha ha.
