New Orleans Roasted Wing
Introduction:
"To make a classic Orleans flavor, the surface is bright orange red, part of it is burnt yellow, and the skin is crisp; the meat is tender and juicy, reflecting the characteristic flavor of chicken itself, while highlighting the rich sweet and unique pepper fragrance; you can experience the unique Orleans style at home. You don't have to go to KFC to buy expensive chicken wings. You can simply enjoy the delicious food you want to eat at home ~! "
Production steps:
Step 1: choose the fresh middle or root of the wing. If the surface of the middle or root of the wing is intact, you can prick a few holes on the back with a needle to facilitate the pickling
Step 2: prepare New Orleans marinade, add 70g New Orleans roast chicken marinade and 70g ice water to every 1000g wing or root
Step 3: prepare a wrestling bag or a bag that can be tightly sealed, and add the marinade to the water in proportion
Step 4: fully dissolve the marinade with water until there is no white sediment in the water, otherwise the marinade will be wasted
Step 5: mix the ice water and marinade into the chicken wings and mix well (the recommended method is to use a strong bag, seal it, roll it on the table until the juice is absorbed by the meat).
Step 6: put the marinated chicken in the refrigerator, and it is strongly recommended to marinate it for 12-24 hours (to make the chicken wings taste good), and turn it every two hours
Step 7: Tips: ice water is an effective way to control the growth of microorganisms. 35g is equivalent to about 5 caps of coke bottle
