Introduction to health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine (Yongding WANYING tea)
Applicant: Yongding County, Fujian Province
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the life and health of human body is the process of adaptation between human and nature, and the change process of life, growth, growth, aging and development of human body. Disease is the result of the imbalance of internal and external environment. There are three causes: the first is the external cause, which refers to the impact of natural climate change; the second is the internal cause, which refers to the disorder of the body's self-regulation; the third is the non internal and external cause, which refers to the invasion of accidental injury, and the internal cause plays a major role. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the active maintenance, regulation and prevention of the human body, which is also called "taking care of life". The thought of keeping in good health should run through one's life, but it is particularly important to keep in good health before one gets sick.
The content of TCM health preservation includes living environment, daily life, mental health and prevention before disease. According to Huangdi Neijing, "people in ancient times, who knew the Tao, learned from Yin and Yang, and were in harmony with the number of skills. They ate and drank regularly, lived in a regular way, and did not work rashly. Therefore, they were able to form with the spirit and end their life.". It means that life should conform to the way of heaven and earth, conform to the changes of climate; diet should be moderate, food and drink should be raised; life should be regular, sex should not be excessive; work and rest should be combined to maintain physical and mental health. In the life practice of later generations, people have created a lot of methods and experience of health care, diet conditioning and "preventive treatment of disease", constantly enriching the content of TCM health care.
Caishantang WANYING tea cake began in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It was made by Lu zengxiong, a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Yongding, Fujian Province, using Zhangzhou's unique high mountain tea and more than 30 kinds of precious authentic Chinese herbal medicines, with a unique processing technology of traditional Chinese medicine. The drug can cure many kinds of exogenous and digestive tract diseases, with remarkable curative effect and wide marketing. There was an old monk who was ill and recovered immediately after taking it, so he presented a couplet to "collect famous yams and be good at treating people all over the world". From then on, the medicine shop was renamed "caishantang". In 1829, when Wu Yifu, editor of Yongding Jinshi Hanlin academy, returned home to Beijing, Lu Honghan, the son of Lu zengxiong, gave him WANYING tea cake. As the plague spread in the capital, Wu Yifu gave WANYING tea cake to the patients and cured many people. From then on, WANYING tea cake became famous. With the increasing demand for WANYING tea cake, in 1988, caishantang pharmaceutical factory successfully developed WANYING tea bag foaming agent by combining modern advanced technology with traditional technology. It not only retains the original efficacy of WANYING tea cake, but also has the characteristics of convenient brewing and quick effect. Moreover, the packaging is novel and practical. Since it came out, it has been deeply loved by consumers and has become a good gift for Yongding people to give to their relatives, friends and overseas Chinese.
Yongding WANYING tea is mainly suitable for mild diarrhea, dyspepsia, irregular diet, acclimatization, weakness of spleen and stomach, headache, dizziness, nausea, abdominal distension, vomiting, food allergy, drunkenness and other symptoms caused by exogenous cold and heat stroke.
