Chrysanthemum wine is a necessary drink for the Double Ninth Festival, which has a long brewing history. The two dynasties of the Ming and Qing Dynasties were the chrysanthemum Baijiu, a rare and precious liquor made by combining the special needs of the royal court and the chrysanthemum wine.
