Shangluo Daoqing opera is a kind of opera art form, which is popular in Shangluo county (now called Shangzhou District), Luonan, Danfeng, Shanyang, Zhen'an, Zhashui and other counties.

The singing music of Shangluo Daoqing opera belongs to banqiang style, and its lyrics are mainly Qiyan qiziju and shiziju. It is a main entertainment mode for local mountain people. Its contents reflect the daily life stories of the grass-roots working people. There are many plays, with hundreds of manuscripts and oral copies, such as yiwenqian, Shanhua girl, hongshigong, shuangxiashan and Nong And so on. Shangluo Daoqing opera is easy to learn and sing, and artists and good singers always compile certain stories to sing, so the content of the repertoire is more abundant.
