Lingcheng town is located in the southeast of Suining County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is 18 kilometers away from the county. It borders on Sixian County in Anhui Province in the South and Suqian City in the East. It is the junction of 16 towns, three cities, four counties in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. The market town has a radiation area of about 500 square kilometers. It is an important market town in history. Lingcheng Town, with a total area of 93.65 square kilometers (2017), has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages and a population of 73164 (2017). The transportation is very convenient. The Nanjing Xuzhou highway of Jiangsu Province passes through the territory. The Beijing Shanghai Expressway and the Nanjing Suzhou Xuzhou expressway have entrances and exits 5 km away from the town. The Xuhong river flows through the territory for 30 Li. It is 20 km away from the Zaohe River Wharf and only 40 km away from the Guanyin Airport.
