Historical evolution
Nantian is a place with a long history. According to Taiping Huanyu Ji of the Northern Song Dynasty, "there are 72 blessed places in the world. Nantian is one of them. Deep in the mountains, don't open up the plain. The scenery is picturesque. There's no place to let you go beyond the world.". The twenty seventh volume of "the blessed land of the cave" and "the seven signatures of the cloud collection" reads: "the sixth blessed land is Nantian mountain. In Qingtian, Zhejiang Province, you can get there by boat."
Qingtian County annals in the second year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing dynasty recorded that "Nantian mountain" is 150 Li south of the county, the top of ten thousand mountains. It is located dozens of Li away from Kaiping, which is called Nantian blessed land.
Liu Yaodong's annals of Nantian mountain records that "this mountain is on the top of nanwanfeng in the county. It is extremely precipitous and dust-free. It has fertile soil for hundreds of miles and a thousand hectares of pingchou. It is named Nantian."
Nantian was well-known as early as 1500 years ago. It is said that the surname Xie lived in xitangan of Nantian in the Qin Dynasty, and many influential historical figures appeared in the Tang Dynasty. In the first year of Tang Tianyou (904), Fu Bi, a famous Prime Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty, was a doctor in the Work Department of Gaozu, a thorn envoy in Songzhou, and Fu Tao, a small Minister of Taichang, moved from Henan to Nantian quangu to avoid the chaos of the Five Dynasties. During the reign of Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty in Jingning (1102-1106), xuanfenglang, the grandson of the famous Prime Minister Fubi, entered xuandelang to enrich Zhiqing; xuanjingxian, the great scholar of Ruiming hall and a gift to Xuanfeng doctor, abandoned his official position and returned to the field, and moved from Henan to quangu.
Zong Guangde (762) in Tang Dynasty witnessed the rebellion of an and Shi dynasties and the wars in the Central Plains. At that time, Yuan Zhao, the leader of Zhejiang peasant uprising army, led the peasant uprising. The rebel army arrived in Qingtian County, and the people in the county fled to Nantian for refuge.
In order to avoid the war, Liu Ji, the great grandson of Liu Guangshi, moved from Zhuzhou, Lishui to Wuyang, Nantian in Baoqing (1225-1227). Nantian is the birthplace and death place of Liu Ji, the founder of the Ming Dynasty, who was named Bowen (1311-1375).
