Dechang Township
Dechang Township, belonging to Zhaodong City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Zhaodong city and the hinterland of Songnen Plain. It is adjacent to wuliming town in the East, four stations in the south, Bali in the west, Zhaoyuan in the West and Xiangyang Township in the north. The area is 212.13 square kilometers. In 2018, there were 27526 registered residence population.
In 1914, Dechang commune was established. In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. As of October 2019, Dechang rural area has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages.
