Laohugang town is under the jurisdiction of Anda City, Heilongjiang Province. Laohugang town is located in the northeast of Anda City, adjacent to Xincun Township and Zhonghe town of Qinggang County in the northeast, jixinggang town in the south, Renmin town in the southwest and dapingzhuang town in the northwest. The people's government is stationed in maopu village of Sunjia. The administrative area of Laohugang town is 312.86 square kilometers. In late 2018, the registered residence of tiger Gang town was 25906.
