Kaixuan street, belonging to Kuancheng District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Kuancheng district. It borders Xingye Street on Jiutai road in the East, Zhanqian Street on Qinggang road in the south, Qingnian Road in Luyuan District in the southwest, Liuying street in the northwest, and Lanjia town on Beihuan Road in the north, with a total area of 8.98 square kilometers.
In 1903, Kaixuan street was attached to Dongqing railway. In November 1986, Kaixuan street was separated from Qunying street. In 2011, the total population of Kaixuan street was 38594. In 1903, it was attached to Dongqing railway.
