Huan Sheng Township, belonging to Qing'an County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Qing an County, East and Qing'an Town, South to Minle Town, West to Suihua, liming Town, Suihua, and North Korea, and Qing'an, Shuangsheng Town, Suihua. In 2018, the area was 98.16 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 20543.
In 1905, it belonged to six districts of Yuqing county. In 1945, it was assigned to hujiadian district. In September 1958, it was divided into labor commune and Jiusheng commune. In March 1966, it was merged into Huansheng commune. In April 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. As of October 2019, Huansheng village has jurisdiction over Yongli village, Yongyong village, Yonghua village, Yongjin village and Yongsheng Village.
In 2018, Huansheng Township had 5 industrial enterprises and 68 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
