Evolution of organizational system
Beixing area is located in the Heilongjiang River Basin. It was the birthplace of Sushen, an ancient Chinese nationality. Yilou in Han Dynasty, Wuji in Jin and Wei Dynasty. According to the biography of Buji in northern history, "the kingdom of Buji is located in the north of Koguryo, and it is called Pei There are seven kinds of them, namely, sumo, bodou, anchegu, funei, Haoshi, Heishui and Baishan. According to the biography of PEI in the book of Sui, "the fourth is Fu niebu, which is in the east of Bo'ao; the fifth is Hao Shi Bu, which is in the east of Fu niedong; the sixth is Heishui Bu, which is in the northwest of an'chegu...". According to the notes of Jilin Tongzhi: "anche bone For today's Binzhou, Wuchang and Liangting, "Fu Nie In the east of Bo'ao, it is known as Ninggu pagoda. It is believed that there is no other department in the north, so it has three surnames. The number room is located in the east of funei, east of zeningguta, and south of fukejin, which belongs to the three surnames. Its note "Heishui department, today's three surnames northeast and fukejin left and right.". Boduna is now Yushu County in Jilin Province, Binzhou department is now Binxian County, Wuchang department is now Wuchang City, ningguta is now Ning'an county and Hailin County, three surnames are now Yilan, and fukejin is now Fujin city. In the biography of Bohai Sea in the new book of Tang Dynasty, "the hometown of funei is Dongping mansion", which is in the territory of today's Mishan City and on the North Bank of Xingkai Lake. The seven divisions are mainly located in Heishui and Haoshi.
It can be seen from this that before the early Tang Dynasty, the peifunei area was to the south of today's Yilan and Qitaihe areas, to the east of Binxian and Wuchang cities, with Ning'an County as its center, and to the Northeast near daxingkai lake. From today's Yilan to the north of Xingkai Lake (Shiying Qihulin River), in Wei and Sui dynasties, it was the Heishui part of the river, and in Qing Dynasty, it belonged to fukejin. Room No. 1 starts from fune in the west, ends at Dahai in the East and ends at Heishui in the north. According to Jilin Tongzhi, Haoshi is located to the south of Sanxing, not to the south of today's Yilan, but to the south of Sanxing and fukejin. Its western boundary is at most on the right bank of the present Muling River. The atlas of Chinese historical geography edited by Tan Qixiang and another Atlas of Chinese history edited by Guo Moruo are both located in the east of the right bank of Naoli River. Therefore, Beixing area belongs to Heishui in the north, funei in the South and Haoshi in the East.
In 698 A.D., Da zuorong, the leader of Su Mo, built Zhenguo in the old country (now Dunhua, Jilin Province). In 707, he succumbed to the Tang Dynasty. In 713, he was granted the title of Bohai prefectural king and governor of huhanzhou, and was renamed Bohai State. He began to expand to the surrounding areas. Dawuyi, King Wu, and darenxiu, King Kang, successively conquered the other six departments except heishuikaihe. Beixing area should be in the northern edge of his power. It should be the scope of the Bohai Sea after conquering the other five. In 726, the Tang Dynasty set up the Heishui Dudu Fu in heishuipei. Its jurisdiction included Beixing area, which was at the junction of Heishui and funei (pictures on page 42-43 of Heilongjiang historical chronicle). In 818, Da Renxiu, the xuanwang, succeeded to the throne and began to "set Xinluo in the South and control the tribes in the north". In 820, he conquered heishuipei, and the dudufu of heishuibu no longer existed, and the Bohai State entered its heyday. There are five capitals and fifteen prefectures in the whole area, Tieli mansion in Yilan, Dongping mansion in the North Bank of Xingkai Lake, Huaiyuan mansion in Tongjiang, Tieli mansion in Beixing area, Huaiyuan mansion in the north and Dongping mansion in the East. Qidan was founded in 907. In 926, Qidan destroyed Bohai State and changed it into Dongdan state. Beixing area was in the middle. In 947, Khitan was renamed Liao Dynasty, and five state envoys were set up along the Songhua River and the lower reaches of Heilongjiang Province. Yilan was called yueliji state, which was historically known as wuguotou City, and its jurisdiction included Beixing area.
In 1115, Wanyan Aguda became emperor and established Dajin. In 1125, Liao Dynasty was destroyed. In the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, huligai road and supin road are set up, which are under the jurisdiction of Shangjing road. Beixing is under the jurisdiction of huligai road. In 1214, the Mongols expropriated Jin, and the territory of Jin shrank to the south. Genghis Khan enfeoffed his younger brother uchijin in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, known as the state of tachar, including Beixing area. In 1287, Liaoyang xingzhongshu province was set up in Yuan Dynasty, which was under the jurisdiction of Guandong area. There were 7 roads and 1 government. The whole territory of Heilongjiang belonged to Kaiyuan Road. During the Dade period (1297-1309), a section of Kaiyuan Road was divided into shuidada Road, Zhili in xingzhongshu province of Liaoyang, and Beixing area belonged to shuidada Road, under which there were wanhufu.
In 1368, Zhu Yuanzhang founded the Ming Dynasty. In 1395, all the departments of Nuzhen came back to Heilongjiang
