Hongsheng Town, subordinate to Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Fujin City, the south side of wuerguli mountain and the North Bank of Qixing River. It borders Daxing farm of Jiansanjiang agricultural reclamation in the East, Qixing River and Naoli River in the south, xinglonggang town in the west, Xiangyangchuan town and Qixing farm of Jiansanjiang branch across Qixing River in the north. Hongsheng town has a total area of 451.50 square kilometers. In 2018, the population of Hong Sheng town registered residence was 15542.
In 1976, Hongsheng commune was set up from Xinglong commune. In 1984, it was changed to Hongsheng township. In November 1988, Hongsheng town was established. In October 2019, Hongsheng town governs 24 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Hongsheng village.
In 2018, Hongsheng town had one industrial enterprise and 19 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
