Changsheng Township
Changsheng Township, belonging to Jiayin County, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, is 150 kilometers northwest of Jiayin county. It is adjacent to Wuyun town in the East, Hujia Township in the south, Xunke County in Heihe City in the West and Russia across the river in the north. The total area of the jurisdiction is 460.21 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 3538 (2018).
The name of Changsheng comes from the name of changjiatun. In 1914, a family surnamed Chang opened a shop here, which was called Chang Jia Dian by passers-by, and then formed Chang Jia village. The commune was founded in 1973 and named Changsheng commune. In 1984, it was changed to Changsheng township. As of October 2019, Changsheng township has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages including Changjia village, Jiangnan village, Linjiang village, Qinjian village, huashulinzi village, Hekou village, Yinglin village, pingyanghe village and Tonghe village, and the township government is stationed in Changjia village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Changsheng township was 50.204 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers was 9694 yuan, the total industrial output value was 1.15 million yuan, the total sales of social goods was 845000 yuan, and the total financial income was 2155000 yuan.
Historical evolution
In the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), it first belonged to Wuyun County, then to Xunke county.
In 1966, it belonged to Jiayin county.
In 1973, Furao commune of Jiayin county (Wuyun town) set up Changsheng commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Changsheng township.
