Baiyuwan Town, belonging to Mishan City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Mishan City, adjacent to Xingkai Lake Township in the East, facing Russia across Xingkai Lake in the south, Dangbi Town in the West and Zhiyi town in the north. It is 41 kilometers away from Mishan City, with a total administrative area of 656 square meters.
In the late Qing Dynasty, baiyuwan town belonged to the first Bureau of Mishan Prefecture; in 2012, it was changed from baiyuwan township to baiyuwan town. By the end of 2018, the population of Baiyu Bay registered residence was 17600. In 2019, baiyuwan town governs nine administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in honey mountain village.
The main food crops in baiyuwan town are soybean, corn and rice; the main animal husbandry is raising pigs, cattle, sheep and poultry. In 2018, baiyuwan town has 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the first Bureau of Mishan Prefecture.
The first year of the Republic of China (1912) in January, is the fifth Baoshan county. In 1934, the fifth village was changed to Xingkai village. In March 1947, it belonged to the Sixth District of Mishan. In 1948, it was divided into eight villages.
In March 1956, baipaozi Township in Mishan county was divided into baipaozi Township and Linhu township.
In February 1958, the two townships were merged into baipaozi township.
In September 1958, baipaozi township was transformed into baipaozi commune.
In February 1984, baipaozi commune was changed into baipaozi township.
In 2011, baipaozi township was renamed baiyuwan township.
In 2012, baiyuwan township was changed from township to town.

In 2019, baiyuwan town has nine administrative villages, namely Laodong village, Qincun village, Huyan village, Qixin village, Shengli village, Linhu village, changlinzi village, miyanshan village and baipaozi village. The people's government is stationed in miyanshan village.
