Chunxiao Street
Chunxiao street is located in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It was originally Sanshan Township, which was abolished in August 2003 and merged with the former Kunting village in Chaiqiao street. Because the landing site of Chunxiao oil and gas field is located in Chunxiao Town, Chunxiao town gets its name. In 2015, the town was removed and streets were set up. There are 6 administrative villages and 1 communities in the area, with a registered residence of about 20 thousand people.
Street profile
Chunxiao, Beilun district jurisdiction street. It is located in the southernmost part of the district. It connects Baifeng town in the East, Xiangshan Port in the south, Zhanqi town in Yinzhou District in the west, Daqi Street (Tashi) and Chaiqiao Street (Zishi) in the north. It covers an area of 75.8 square kilometers and has a population of 20100 (2010). It has jurisdiction over six administrative villages. The town government is temporarily located in the industrial zone, 33 kilometers away from Ningbo and 16 kilometers away from Xinqi. Chunxiao street was originally Sanshan Township, which was abolished in August 2003 and merged with the original Kunting village of Chaiqiao street. In 2015, the town was removed and streets were set up. Chunxiao street now has six administrative villages and one community, which are Kunting, Sanshan, ci'ao, gan'ao, Xianchang and Minfeng, and yangshashan community.
Historical evolution
In 1077, it was transferred from Yin county to Dinghai county (later renamed Zhenhai), belonging to Taiqiu township. In 1936, it belonged to Sanshan, ci'ao, he'ao and Kunting townships. In 1946, it was changed into Sanshan, Taihe and Kunting townships. In 1949, it was merged into Heping (Tainan) and Kunting townships. In 1950, it was divided into Sanshan, Haikou, he'ao and Kunting townships. In January 1956, it was collectively called Sanhe township (he'ao was assigned to Yin County in 1954), and it was separated from Kunting Township in October 1957. In October 1958, it was changed into Sanshan commune and Chaiqiao commune respectively, and Kunting management area was called Sanshan commune and Kunting commune in 1961. In October 1983, it was renamed Sanshan Township and Kunting township. In May 1992, Kunting township was merged into Chaiqiao town. In 1997, Sanshan Township covers an area of 50.1 square kilometers and has a population of 14000. It has 12 administrative villages: Fengshan, Qiushan, Shuangshi, Minfeng, Cifeng, CiDong, Yantan, hezhai, Xianchang, Shangheng, Haikou and Hailu. In August 2003, six villages of Sanshan Township and former Kunting Township merged to establish Chunxiao town. On September 2 of the same year, the Party committee and government affairs leading group of Chunxiao town issued the "notice on the establishment of Haikou, Sanshan and Kunting management areas". According to the geographical location, three management areas were established in 18 villages of the town, namely Haikou management area, Sanshan management area and Kunting management area. (1) Haikou management area has jurisdiction over Minfeng village, Cifeng village, CiDong village, Shangheng village, Hailu village and Haikou village. Office location: former Haikou health center. (2) Under the jurisdiction of Sanshan management area: Qiushan village, Shuangshi village, Fengshan village, Yantan village, hezhai village and Xianchang village. Office location: Town Culture Station. (3) Kunting management area has jurisdiction over: shangshangmen village, shangliu village, zouxi village, Yanwan village, Guichi village and gan'ao village. Office location: Kunting theater. On January 4, 2015, Chunxiao town was abolished and Chunxiao street was established.
physical geography
It is located in the center of Ningbo City, 11 kilometers away from the center of Ningbo City, and 11 kilometers away from the center of Ningbo City. Chunxiao street has 16000 mu of cultivated land, 13000 mu of sea beach and 55000 mu of mountain forest. It is a subtropical marine monsoon area with four distinct seasons, mild and humid climate, sufficient light, abundant rainfall, rich water resources and excellent water quality. The original vegetation is well preserved, and the forest coverage rate reaches 58.8%.
Chunxiao specialty
Chunxiao street is rich in forest, fruit, tea and other economic crops. The main fruits are kumquat, citrus, grape, huanghuali and watermelon. There are many kinds of fruits with rich output and abundant food industrial raw materials. The main mariculture products are swimming crab, shrimp, razor clam, mud snail and laver. Tea is also a major specialty of Chunxiao Town, with more than 3000 mu of famous tea base.
economic development
Chunxiao street was incorporated into Xiangshan Port regional planning by Ningbo City. There is Chunxiao development and Construction Management Committee of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone. Beilun District will build Binhai New Town in Chunxiao, and has started to attract investment in an all-round way. Chunxiao Street adheres to the combination of economic construction and ecological town creation. It combines the construction of Binhai new urban area with the promotion of harmony between man and nature, and embarks on a road of sustainable development.
