Huangbeiping Township, belonging to Zanhuang County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Zanhuang County, adjacent to Tumen Township in the East, Yuantou town in the south, Zhangshiyan town in the southwest, Kongshi Township in Xiyang County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province in the west, and Xuting Township in the Northwest, with an administrative area of 98.08 square kilometers.
In 1949, huangbeiping Township belonged to the three districts of Zanhuang County; in 1984, it was restored to huangbeiping township; in 1996, shizuitou Township and xiamayu Township were merged.
