Yangjiatao town

Yangjiatao Town, belonging to Yutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Yutian County, adjacent to baiguantun town of Fengrun District in the East, yahongqiao town in the south, sanshuitou town in the west, Hongqiao Town in the northwest and liangjiadian town in the north, with an administrative area of 48.5 square kilometers.

In 1956, the three townships of peacock hall, dingguantun and donggaoqiao were merged to establish yangjiatao township; in June 1983, the people's commune was abolished and yangjiatao township was restored; in February 1993, manziying township was merged. In 2015, yangjiatao township was abolished and yangjiatao town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Yangjia town was 29314. As of June 2020, yangjiatao town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in yangxiaolian village.

History of construction

In 1956, yangjiatao township was established by merging peacock hall, dingguantun and donggaoqiao.

In 1958, it was the yangjiatao management area of yahongqiao people's commune.

In 1961, the scale of the people's commune was reduced and the yangjiatao people's commune was set up.

In June 1975, yangjiatao people's commune moved to the west of Xiaotao village.

In June 1983, the people's commune was abolished and yangjiatao township was restored.

In February 1993, manziying township was incorporated.

In 2015, yangjiatao township was abolished and yangjiatao town was established.
