Heigang Township, belonging to Longjiang County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Longjiang County, adjacent to Fulaerji District, Qiqihar City in the East, Baishan town in the west, Huamin Township in the South and Halahai Township in the north.
