Huangjiabu town

Huangjiabu town is under the jurisdiction of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the middle of Ningshao plain and northwest of Yuyao City. It is adjacent to Hangzhou Bay in the north, Mushan town in the south, Linshan town in the East and Shangyu District of Shaoxing City in the west, covering an area of 41.08 square kilometers. The total population was 40514 (2017).

brief introduction

National Highway 329 and double track run through huangjiabu Town, which is the west gate of Ningbo City. From the original huangjiabu Town, Huilong Township, Hengtang Township merged. At present, there are 40514 permanent residents (in 2017). There are two neighborhood committees in the town: huangjiabu neighborhood committee and Huilong neighborhood committee; and 10 administrative villages: Xingshan village, Huajia Village, Huilong village, wucheyan village, huangjiabu village, Gaoqiao village, Hanxia village, Shangtang village, Hengtang village and shizuhu village. In 2014, the town achieved a total social output value of 17.01 billion yuan and a total financial revenue of 302.6 million yuan. the landform of the town is mainly plain, and the terrain is generally narrow and long from north to south, with a length of about 14 km from north to South and 5.5 km from east to west. The northwest of the territory is relatively flat, and there is a north-south winding Fangjia hill at the junction of the East and Linshan Town, forming a landscape pattern of "one mountain, one water, eight fields". Huangjiabu is rich in water resources with numerous river networks, mainly composed of 8 horizontal, 3 vertical and 11 rivers. The eight transverse (east-west) rivers are Zhuli River, midnight River, Sitang River, Wutang River, qianjiayan River, xingshanhu River, Xiayao River and nianwuba River; the three longitudinal (north-south) rivers are Gaoqiao River, Yuejin River and Cuifeng river. The total water area of the town is about 2.3 square kilometers. The main reservoir is Xingshan Lake in central and southern China. The water area of Xingshan lake is about 170 mu, with an average depth of 2 meters. It is mainly used for aquaculture. The annual average temperature is 16.2 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 39.5 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 9.8 ℃, and the annual average precipitation is 1350 mm to 1500 mm. The annual frost free period is about 228 days. The southeast monsoon prevails in summer and the northwest monsoon prevails in autumn. The dominant wind direction is southeast wind. The main disaster weather is typhoon, Meiji rainstorm, drought and so on. The soil is composed of salty sand, quicksand and shady soil of modern marine parent material. The texture is light and the organic matter is poor. It is suitable for planting mustard, cotton and melon.
The economy of huangjiabu town is developing steadily with distinctive industrial characteristics. The town has formed six major industries, including fire-fighting equipment, leisure products, textile printing and dyeing, surface treatment, energy-saving lamps and lanterns, and hardware pen making. Among them, the fire-fighting equipment industry has been established as a key standardization project in Zhejiang Province, and the fire-fighting valve products account for 80% of the national market share. It is the largest fire-fighting valve export base in China. In 2002, it was named as "the hometown of China's fire-fighting equipment" by the Ministry of agriculture. In recent years, a large number of major industrial projects have been introduced and put into operation, such as Ningbo Guanzhong printing and dyeing, Ningbo gelet expansion, Ningbo linte auto parts, Ningbo Jinhao mould, Zhejiang TONGDI heavy industry, Zhengxin fire expansion, etc., which have become new highlights of economic growth. There are 48 Enterprises above Designated Size in the town, 13 enterprises with sales of more than 100 million yuan, and 1 listed enterprise. Huangjiabu used to be an ancient coastal port in the north of Yuyao County, Shaoxing Prefecture. It is the shipping commodity distribution center of Yushang county. Huilong city and wucheyan city are the major fairs of the whole county, which become the distribution center of Commerce and trade, and then Shangtang, huangjiabu and other fairs, which promote the further prosperity of the local economy. Huangjiabu has convenient transportation and nearly 2 kilometers of sea route. The external traffic is mainly from the 329 National Highway and Huangyu highway which pass through the south of the town. The town line of 329 national highway is 7 km long, and the town line of huangzhan highway is 2.3 km long. The 4 km Gaolan highway is the main road connecting the north and south of huangjiabu. The hardening rate of the main roads in the administrative villages reaches 95%.

Geography

Huangjiabu town is located in the hinterland of Ningshao plain, adjacent to Hangzhou Bay in the north and Shangyu District in the West. With convenient transportation, national highway 329 runs through the whole town, only 5km away from the crossing of Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway. The connecting line of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge will be connected with Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway through the town. History and culture

Huangjiabu, which shows the achievements of modern civilization, is a treasure land of geomantic omen with poetic charm. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Yu family settled in Xingshan area of huangjiabu, leaving many romantic stories. The ten sceneries of Lanying, such as Xiaoxia in Zhishui, Wancui in moth peak, Chuiyang by the lake and Xingqiao Yinyue, are good evidences. Xie Qian, a Bachelor of Ming Dynasty, once built a villa in Xingshan (also known as Yingshan), which is called "ginkgo villa". The Fenglan villa "xuebuhu villa" is more concerned by the world. In 2003, the total industrial output value of the town was 3.82 billion yuan, the total agricultural output value was 320 million yuan, the total output value of the tertiary industry was 210 million yuan, an increase of 25%, 5% and 31% respectively compared with the previous year; the general budget revenue of the town was 58.76 million yuan, an increase of 51.7% compared with the previous year; the per capita income of the town was 7100 yuan, an increase of 5% compared with the previous year, and the growth rate of various economic indicators was among the top in the city.
