Sanshengyuan Township, belonging to Lingshou County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Lingshou County, adjacent to Zhengding County in the East, adjacent to Luquan district across Hutuo River in the southwest, Lingshou town in the west, Lingshou town in the northwest, Beiwa Township in the north, Beiwa Township and Zhengding County in the northeast, with an administrative area of 30.39 square kilometers.

In 1953, sanshengyuan township was established; in December 1961, Lingshou county was restored; in 1984, sanshengyuan township was restored.
