Xingyuan Township
Xingyuan Township, belonging to Jilin Songyuan Economic Development Zone, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Ningjiang district. It faces new urban and rural areas across the second Songhua River in the northeast, borders jilatu Township and qianguoerlos town in the southeast, baiyilaga Township in the South and daliba Township in the West, Northwest and maoduzhan town. The total administrative area is 110 square kilometers.
Xingyuan Township originally belonged to the Mongolian Autonomous County of former gollus; in 1993, Jilin Songyuan economic and Technological Development Zone was established, and Xingyuan township was under its management. By the end of 2018, Xingyuan had 30390 registered residence population. As of June 2020, Xingyuan has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of Xingyuan township was 1.18 billion yuan, including 220 million yuan of local revenue and 333 yuan of per capita revenue.
History of construction
It was originally a Mongolian Autonomous County of the former gollos. After the establishment of Songyuan City, it was renamed Xingyuan Township and assigned to Fuyu District of Songyuan City. After the establishment of districts and counties, it belongs to Ningjiang district.
In 1992, it was transferred to Fuyu district and renamed Xingyuan township.
In 1993, Jilin Songyuan economic and Technological Development Zone was established to manage Xingyuan township.

At the end of 2011, Xingyuan Township governs 13 administrative villages, including heerqile, Xijiao, danjiaweizi, yujiaweizi, sunxiwobao, gexinwobao, nijiayao, houwafang, Kalun house, qianwafang, nufeigele, ermole and Houtun, with 50 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Xingyuan has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages. The Township People's government is located at No. 600, Guoerluosi road.

In the total population, the Han nationality is the main one, and there are five ethnic minorities: Mongolian, Hui, Korean, Manchu and Zhuang. The birth rate is 8 ‰, the death rate is 5.2 ‰, and the natural growth rate is 2.8 ‰.
