Santuan Township
Santuan Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Changling County, 34 kilometers away from Changling County; it borders Wulan aodu Township in the East and northeast, Changling town in the southeast, qianqihao town in the south, 88 Township in the southwest, Beizheng town in the West and No. 30 Township in the north. The total administrative area is 352.21 square kilometers.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, changqian township was set up; in 1983, santuan commune was changed into santuan township. By the end of 2018, the three villages had 15013 registered residence population. As of June 2020, the third regiment has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of santuan township was 2.5 million yuan. The total agricultural output value of santuan township is 650 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers is 6570 yuan. The total sales volume of social commodities was 62 million yuan, the transaction volume of urban and rural fair trade was 4 million yuan, and the revenue of telecommunication business was 7.45 million yuan.
History of construction
At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, changqian township was set up; in 1919, it was changed to the seventh district; in 1938, it belonged to Beizheng village; in 1946, it set up santuan community. In July 1947, it was the ninth district.
In 1956, there were three regiments and 632 townships.
In February 1958, the two townships were merged into santuan township; in September, they were merged into Jinxing commune.
In 1961, santuan commune was established.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
