Chaganhua Town, a town under the jurisdiction of qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County, 80 kilometers away from the people's Government of qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County, 100 kilometers away from Songyuan City in the East, 220 kilometers away from Baicheng City in the North, and 170 kilometers away from Changchun City in the South; it borders wulantala Township in the East and Wulantuga town in the southeast It is connected with Sanjiazi Township in the south, Wulan aodu Township in the west, Haote mangha Township in the southwest and Anzi town in Qian'an County in the north. In the Qing Dynasty, during the reign of Kangxi, anglaitun was the residence of Zhasake banner, the former banner of Guoerluosi; in December 1984, Chaganhua township was changed to Chaganhua town. By the end of 2018, the population of Cha Gan Hua had 21775 registered residence. As of June 2020, Chaganhua town has one community and nine administrative villages.

History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, during the reign of Kangxi (1662-1722), anglaitun was the residence of zasak banner, the former banner of Guoerluosi; in the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to anglainutuk (District).
In 1937, it belonged to the fifth nutuk (District); in 1940, it belonged to Chaganhua nutuk (District); in June 1946, it belonged to Chaganhua district (District).
In March 1956, it was divided into Chaganhua, yaowujingzi and Heidimiao townships, belonging to Chaganhua and yaowujingzi townships.
In April 1958, yaowujingzi and Chaganhua were merged into Chaganhua township; in October, Chaganhua (red grassland) commune was established; in December, Liu Jinyou commune was merged into Chaganhua commune.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
In December 1984, the township was transformed into a town.
