Chushui Township, belonging to Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Fusong County, bordering Wanliang town and Fusong town in the East, Chisong Town, sandaohu town and Huayuankou town in Jingyu County in the South and West, across from Songhua River in toudao, and Xingshen town in the north, with an administrative area of 136.78 square kilometers.
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it belonged to the fourth regiment; in 1983, the pumping commune was transformed into a township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in pumping water villages was 4993. As of June 2020, there are seven administrative villages under the jurisdiction of the government.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of pumping villages was 4 million yuan, an increase of 46.2% over the previous year; the per capita financial revenue was 737.1 yuan, an increase of 2.6% over the previous year. In 2018, there are 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1914, it belonged to the fourth regiment.
In 1924, it belonged to the fourth district.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it was changed into shuishuidong village; later it was changed into pumping area.
In 1956, it was divided into Xin'an, Dongda, Shuiping and Yushu townships.
In 1958, Xin'an, Dongda and Yushu townships were merged into Shuishui townships, which later became Shengli commune.
In 1959, it was renamed pumping commune.
In 1983, the water pumping commune was transformed into a township.
