Huifa Town, belonging to Huinan County, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Huinan County. It borders on Heishi town and Songshan town of Panshi City in the East, Qingyang Town, Huinan town and Chaoyang town in the south, tuanlin town in the West and niuxin town of Panshi City across Huifa River in the north. It is 22 kilometers away from Huinan County, with a total area of 158.19 square kilometers.
In the Western Han Dynasty, Huifa town belonged to xuantu County; in 1986, it was changed from Huifa town to Huifa town. By the end of 2018, HUFA town had a registered residence population of 22633.
