Zhuolu town
Zhuolu Town, belonging to Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Zhuolu County, bordering dongxiaozhuang town in the East, Wubao town and Baodai town across Sanggan River in the south, Wujiagou town in the west, and Zhangjiabao town in the north. It is 1km away from Zhuolu County People's government, with a total area of 75.44km2.
In 1916, Zhuolu town was the seat of Zhuolu County; in 1987, it was renamed from Chengguan town to Zhuolu town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Zhuolu town was 72596. As of June 2020, Zhuolu town has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 30 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Xuanyuan West Road.
In 2018, there were 278 industrial enterprises in Zhuolu town and 50 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1916, Zhuolu county was established. In August 1945, it was Zhuolu city. In February 1949, Zhuolu city was changed into Chengguan District.
In May 1950, Chengguan District was changed into Chengguan town.
In September 1958, Chengguan town was changed into an urban commune.
In 1979, the town commune was changed into Chengguan town.
In 1987, Chengguan town was renamed Zhuolu town.
In 1995, xierbao township was merged into Zhuolu town.

Zhuolu town belongs to Yongding River system. Sanggan River enters dongxiaozhuang town from the south of Chaoyang temple village and passes Xiguan village from west to East.
