Huolu Town, belonging to Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Luquan District, bordering Luquan Economic Development Zone in the East, Shangzhuang town in the South and Dahe Town in the north, with an administrative area of 48.32 square kilometers. In the 16th year of kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (596), Luquan County was set up in the West and north of Shiyi, and the county was governed by Huolu town; in March 1987, it was renamed Huolu town. As of June 2020, Huolu town has jurisdiction over 8 communities, 27 administrative villages and 1 village level unit.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Huolu town was 128 million yuan, an increase of 26.7% over the previous year. History of construction
In the 16th year of kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (596), Luquan County was set up in the West and north of Shiyi, and the county was governed by Huolu town.
Since the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, it has always been the seat of the state and county.
In September 1948, the town was changed to Huolu city (district level).
In 1953, it was changed into Chengguan town.
In 1958, it belonged to Chengguan commune.
In 1983, it was restored to Chengguan town.
In March 1987, it was renamed Huolu town.
