History of construction
During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty (1736-1796), it belonged to Horqin Left Wing central banner. Qing Tongzhi five years (1866), belonging to eight families (now Huaide town) Fenfang. In 1877, it belonged to the Wenyi community.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the third district (Heilinzi). In 1932, the village office of Liufangzi was set up, which belonged to Gongzhuling Street Office of Huaide county. In May 1946, Liu Fangzi was changed into a local office. In November 1947, it was changed into the Tenth District.
In June 1950, it was renamed District 1.
