Huapichang Town, belonging to Changyi District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Changyi District, Jilin City. In July 1985, huapichang town was set up, belonging to Yongji County; in January 2000, it was assigned to Changyi District of Jilin City. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Hupi town was 42540. As of June 2020, huapichang town has one community and 27 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 15 Renmin Street.

In July 1985, huapichang town was set up, which belongs to Yongji County.

It is about 6 km long and flows through five villages: Xingfu village, Sudeng River, dongtun village, Huadong village and Huabei village; Lanqi river is 45 km long and flows into Aolong river at the sentinel of Aolong river village. It is about 12 km long and flows through four villages: Liutun village, piaoyang village, Qiaotun village and cuitun village.
