Xisanzhuang street, belonging to Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Xinhua District, 4.5km away from the people's Government of Xinhua District. It is adjacent to Taihua street in the East, Zhongnan road in the south, damacun village in the west, Shiyan road in the north, with a maximum distance of 6km from the east to the West and 5km from the north to the south, covering a total area of 26.1 square kilometers.
Xisanzhuang street was originally located in Huolu County; on August 24, 1983, it was changed into xisanzhuang township; on March 12, 2001, it was included in Xinhua District. In 2017, xisanzhuang township was abolished and xisanzhuang street was established. At the end of 2011, xisanzhuang street had a total population of 23320. As of June 2020, xisanzhuang sub district has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 3 administrative villages, and the sub district office is located at 771 Lianmeng West Road.

History of construction
Xisanzhuang street belongs to Huolu county.
In 1939, it was transferred to Shimen city (later changed to Shijiazhuang City).
In 1949, it belonged to Zhentou district.
In 1952, the production mutual aid group was established.
In 1954, a primary agricultural cooperative was established.
In 1955, a senior agricultural cooperative was established.
In 1958, it was the xisanzhuang management area of Weixing commune (later changed to Jianliang commune).
In 1961, xisanzhuang commune was established.
On August 24, 1983, it was changed to xisanzhuang township.
On March 12, 2001, it was included in Xinhua District.
In 2017, xisanzhuang township was abolished and xisanzhuang street was established.
