Qunying street, belonging to Kuancheng District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Kuancheng district. In the East, the east section of Changbai Harbin railway line faces Yuanda street of Erdao District across Yitong River. In the south, Changbai road connects with Dongguang street and Zhanqian street. In the west, the west section of railway line 74 adjoins Qingnian Road. In the north, Tianguang road meets Xingye street. The total area of Qunying street is 4.2 square kilometers.
In 1937, Qunying Street belonged to Kuancheng District of the special city of the puppet new capital; in November 1986, Qunying Street separated from Qunying commune. In 2011, the total population of Qunying street was 43724. As of June 2020, Qunying street has five communities under its jurisdiction, and its sub district office is located at No. 1, power plant community, East Tianguang road.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Qunying street was 245 million yuan, 2% less than that in 2010; the industrial added value was 300 million yuan, 17% more than that in 2010; the total sales of social goods was 8.2 million yuan.
History of construction
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it belonged to Kuancheng District, a special city of the puppet new capital. In May of 1946, it was the mengjiaqiao joint protection in Kuancheng district. In October 1948, it was the Sixth District of Changchun City. In September 1949, it belonged to Erdaogou street in Kuancheng district.
In November 1958, it was mengjiaqiao street in Kuancheng district.
In May 1960, it belonged to Qunying commune.
In November 1986, Qunying commune was divided into Qunying street, Kaixuan street and Xingye street.
