Ningan street, belonging to Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Xinhua District, 2.2km away from the people's Government of Xinhua District. History of construction
In 1948, it was the 12th Street in the first district.
In 1951, it was renamed the seventh Street residents working committee.
In August 1956, it was changed to Ning'an Street office.
In 1960, it was incorporated into the vehicle factory branch.
In 1962, the vehicle factory branch was abolished and the original Ning'an Street office area was changed into Ning'an Street branch.
In 1970, it was changed into "May 7th" commune of Ning'an street.
In 1979, it was changed into Ning'an street.
