Wangbaoyingzi Township, belonging to Jianchang County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Jianchang County, adjacent to tangshenmiao town in the East, weijialing Township and Jianchang Township in the south, Lingyuan City in the West and North, with an administrative area of 113.42 square kilometers.
After the eighth year of Yongzheng (1730), it belonged to tazigou Hall of chengdezhou, Zhili Province; in the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it belonged to Jianchang County; in 1983, it abolished the commune and established wangbaoyingzi township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Wang Bao Ying Zi Township was 20210. As of June 2020, wangbaoyingzi township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in wangbaoyingzi village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of wangbaoyingzi township was 2.23 million yuan, an increase of 4.5% over the previous year. Historical evolution
During the Xia and Shang Dynasties, from the 21st century BC to the 11th century BC, the generals were divided into nine states. Wang baoyingzi's territory was Jizhou at the beginning, and then Youzhou's Motai family. It was the territory of Guzhu state (the capital of the state is now Lulong, Hebei).
During the Western Zhou Dynasty, this place belonged to the territory of Yan state (now Beijing).
After 1730, it belonged to tazigou Hall of chengdezhou, Zhili Province.
After 1778, it belonged to tangshenmiao Township, Jianchang County, Chengde Prefecture, Zhili Province.
In 1914, it was the Fourth District of Lingyuan County, Rehe special district.
In 1931, it belonged to the first district of Lingnan County, Rehe province.
In 1933, it was reduced to a Japanese puppet ruling area, belonging to the first Bao in Lingnan County, Rehe province.
In 1937, it belonged to Jianchang County.
In 1940, it belonged to Kalaqin Left Banner.
In 1945, after the surrender of Japan, it belonged to the Tang Temple area of Jianchang County.
After October 1, 1949, it belonged to the Fifth District of Jianchang County.
In 1961, Wang baoyingzi commune was set up from Tang Temple, belonging to Jianchang County.
In 1983, the commune was abolished and wangbaoyingzi township was established.
