Xiaoming Town, subordinate to Diaobingshan City, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle of Diaobingshan City, adjacent to Sanjiazi Township, Kaiyuan city in the East, Cainiu Town, Tieling County in the south, Shijianfang Town, Faku County, Shenyang City in the west, and Liangjiazi Town, Changtu County in the North, with an administrative area of 60.98 square kilometers.
In 1945, it belonged to niangniangmiao village; in 1993, it built Xiaoming town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Xiaoming town was 26876. As of June 2020, Xiaoming town has two communities and nine administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Xiaoming town was 70 million yuan, an increase of 141.7% over the previous year. The general budget revenue was 60 million yuan, an increase of 157.9% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises in Xiaoming Town, including 2 large-scale enterprises and 23 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1945, it belonged to Niangniang Temple village.
In 1947, it belonged to Niangniang Temple Township.
In 1956, it belongs to niangniangmiao township.
In 1958, it belonged to Daqing township.
In 1961, it was Xiaoming commune, belonging to Tieling county.
In 1982, Tieling county was designated as Tiefa City.
In 1984, it belonged to Tiefa City.
In February 1987, five villages, xiajialou, dengjiawopeng, jiangjiawopeng, Yaobao and Renbi, were designated as Xiaoqing Town, belonging to Tiefa City.
In 1993, Xiaoming town was established.
