Baoli Town, belonging to Changtu County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the Midwest of Changtu County, adjacent to Shuangmiaozi town in the East, Changfa town in the west, toudao town in the South and Dongga town in the north, with an administrative area of 153 square kilometers.
In March 1958, the district was withdrawn and Baoli township was built; in October of the same year, the township was transformed into a commune; in March 1984, Baoli commune was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, the population of Baoli town registered residence was 41602. As of June 2020, Baoli town has 7 communities and 18 administrative villages.

History of construction
