Dongxinzhuang Town, belonging to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Xingcheng City, adjacent to Haibin Manchu Township in the East, liutaizi Manchu Township in the southeast, Suizhong County in the southwest, Dazhai Manchu Township and Weiping Manchu Township in the West and northwest, Wanghai Manchu Township in the Northeast, with an administrative area of 73.59 people.
In 1932, Dongxinzhuang town belonged to dongguanzhan village of Xingcheng County; in 2002, it was changed to Dongxinzhuang town. By the end of 2018, 28064 households registered residence in Tung Xin Zhuang. As of June 2020, Dongxinzhuang town has jurisdiction over one community and 13 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Dongxinzhuang village.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Dongxinzhuang town was 6700 yuan. In 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in Dongxinzhuang Town, including one above scale and 57 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1932, Dongxinzhuang town belonged to dongguanzhan village of Xingcheng county.
In 1946, it was a township.
In 1948, it belonged to the Fifth District (in Dongxinzhuang).
In 1956, it was changed to Dongxinzhuang township.
In 1958, it merged with liutaizi, Dazhai and Sanliqiao to build Dongxinzhuang commune.
In 1961, Dongxinzhuang commune was established.
In 1983, it was changed to Dongxinzhuang township.
In 1984, it was changed to Dongxinzhuang town.
In 1987, it was renamed Dongxinzhuang Manchu town.
In 2001, Dongxinzhuang neighborhood committee was changed into Dongxinzhuang community neighborhood committee.
In 2002, it was changed to Dongxinzhuang town.
