Yingchang Manchu Township is a township under the jurisdiction of Xifeng County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province. It belonged to Shimiao village in 1947, five districts in 1951, Helong commune in 1958, Yingchang commune in 1961, township in 1984, and Yingchang Manchu Township in 1991.
Located in the southeast of the county, 60 kilometers away from the county government, covering an area of 179.3 square kilometers, with a permanent resident population of 10030 (2017). history
Yingchang, formerly known as "laoyingchang", was called "Royal paddock" in Qing Dynasty. It was built in 1982 and Manchu Township in Yingchang was established in 1992. The township is located 56 kilometers southeast of the county seat. According to the historical records of Xifeng County annals in 1938, laohuangying was built in tukouzi, Pingshan village, Sanqu district. The site of the camp is still alive today. Yingchang, formerly known as laoyingchang, was named after the site of taibingying. It is adjacent to xiaosiping township of Dongfeng County in the East, Xinglongtai township of Dagu township of Qingyuan County in the south, xinbian township of Kaiyuan city in the West and Helong Township in the north.

Landform mountain and river
The landform of Yingchang Manchu Township is mountainous. Bingla mountain (884 meters), the highest elevation in Tieling City, is located in the east of our township. As a result, the terrain of the township tends to be higher in the East and lower in the West. It is divided by the mountains into five major gullies, namely Toudaogou, Erdaogou, xiaohuanggou, huapigou and baishigou. There are three major rivers and fifteen small rivers in it. All the rivers flow southward into Qinghe River. The natural composition of the township is "eight mountains, half water, one farmland, half roads and villages", with an average altitude of 350 meters. The township covers an area of 173.3 square kilometers, including 79% of the total area of hills and mountains, and 20880 mu of cultivated land, including 17850 mu of dry land and 3030 mu of paddy land. The area of mountain forest is 159000 mu, the volume of forest is 210000 cubic meters, and the forest coverage rate is 76.8%.

The general climate characteristics of the four seasons are as follows: dry hot and windy in spring, short and warm in summer, cool and rainy in autumn, long and cold in winter, belonging to alpine mountainous area.
Resource status
The main traffic of Yingchang Manchu Township is highway transportation. There are Qingyuan Xifeng line in the north and south, Yingshu line and Huaxiu line in the East and West, which run through the township, with convenient transportation. There are three large and small reservoirs in the township, including Songling and Jude reservoirs built in the great leap forward era and Huapi reservoir built with self raised funds in the 1990s. Although the reservoir capacity is small, it also provides certain water resources for the paddy field production in Songling, Yingchang, Huashu, Liquan and Biyu villages. The natural resources of the township are mainly forestry. The main industries are planting and breeding, supplemented by forestry. The characteristic industries are tobacco, Chinese herbal medicine, silkworm, deer and frog.
