Huangniwa Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang County, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Liaoyang County. It borders Shaling town of Taizihe District in the East, Liuhao town in the south, xiaobeihe town in the west, xiaobeihe town and Dengta city in the north, with an administrative area of 105 square kilometers.

In 1958, huangniwa township was set up and Shaling commune was established.
