Majiazao Village

Majiazao township is located 32.5 kilometers southwest of Tianzhen County, Datong City, Shanxi Province. It covers an area of 80.9 square kilometers. Mountainous area accounts for 4.1%, hilly area 94099 mu, accounting for 75.9%, the rest 20% is Pingchuan. The climate is dry, the annual rainfall is about 360 mm; the temperature is high, the annual average temperature is 7 ℃ - 7.9 ℃; the evaporation is large; the frost free period is about 140 days, forming a serious adverse condition for agricultural production.

Agriculture

The establishment of the company has driven the enthusiasm of the surrounding villagers to raise chickens. Through the development mode of "base with farmers", the total number of pigs raised in the township is 15270, sheep 17275, large livestock 2021, chickens 52403, rabbits 1632, and every household benefits from breeding economy. the export of labor services in the township is also booming. The number of migrant workers in the township is nearly 800. Some of them are migrant workers for many years, and some of them go out to work in the slack season. There are 160 people from 207 families in qiangjiaying village working outside, with an annual income of 750000 yuan.
