Zheng'an town
Zheng'an Town, belonging to Beizhen City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Beizhen City, bordering Heishan town in the East and North, Liaocheng town and Zhongan town in the South and Southeast, Dashi town and futun street in the West and southwest, with an administrative area of 104.15 square kilometers.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Zheng'an town was the seat of the second district government of Beizhen County; in 1994, Zheng'an Manchu town was renamed Zheng'an town; in January 2002, Hexiang town was merged with three villages of gaoliban town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Zheng an town was 27254. As of June 2020, Zheng'an town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Zheng'an town is located in Zhengyi village.
In 2011, the total revenue of Zheng'an town was 23.19 million yuan, an increase of 51% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 10.45 million yuan, an increase of 50% over the previous year. In 2018, Zheng'an town had 17 industrial enterprises and 33 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Zheng'an town was the seat of the second district government of Beizhen county.
In 1958, after communization, the second district was changed into Zheng'an commune.
On September 11, 1983, Zheng'an commune corrected and settled down.
On May 16, 1985, Zheng'an township was changed into a Manchu town in Zheng'an.
In 1994, Zheng'an Manchu town was renamed Zheng'an town.
In January 2002, Hexiang town was merged, and three villages of gaoliban Township were merged into Zheng'an town.

By the end of 2011, Zheng'an town had 14 administrative villages: zheng-1, zheng-2, Zhaotun, shulinzi, huangtun, Sanhe, Henan, Mashi, Sifang, Shaoguo, jiantun, Mintun, Jiangtun and wangniu, with 90 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Zheng'an town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages: zheng-1 village, zheng-2 village, Jiangtun village, beimintun village, jiantun village, Shaoguo village, Sanhe Village, Sifang village, Mashi village, huangtun village, Henan village, shunzi village, wangniu village and Zhaotun village. The town people's government is stationed in zheng-1 village.

Zheng'an town is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. The terrain is hilly in the north and south, and alluvial plain in the middle. The highest peak in Laoheishan is 218.7 meters above sea level, and the eastern plain is 40 meters above sea level.
climate
Zheng'an town is a temperate continental monsoon climate, characterized by four distinct seasons. The annual average sunshine hours is 2700 hours, and the highest annual average temperature is 9.9 ℃ (1998), and the lowest is 7.7 ℃ (1985). The average annual rainfall is 850 mm, the minimum extreme annual rainfall is 310 mm (1999), and the maximum extreme annual rainfall is 1150 mm (1994). Most of the rainfall is from July to August every year.

Zheng'an town water system from west to East, mostly seasonal rivers, there are four main rivers. Xisha River in the South originates from Pingshan in Dashi; Anjia River in the middle originates from the western mountainous area of bianjia in Dashi; baichangmen River in the North originates from shitoupuzi mountainous area in Heishan County; Yangchang River in the East flows all the year round, and the other three rivers are seasonal.
