Qilihe Town, belonging to Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Yixian County, adjacent to Baimiaozi Township in the East, Yuji town of Linghai city in the south, dadingbao Manchu Township in the West and Qianyang town in the north, with an administrative area of 149.75 square kilometers.
